Using VORA
These terms apply when you use VORA websites, customer and driver applications, owner and fleet services, transportation, delivery, wallet, support, and related features.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure.
- You may use VORA only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with the safety, availability, or integrity of the service.
- Drivers and fleet owners must maintain valid operational, identity, vehicle, and licensing documents required for their role.
Bookings, fares, and payments
Availability, routes, estimates, and fares are determined by VORA systems using the service configuration applicable to the booking. The final amount shown in the completed-trip record is authoritative. Cashless payments and VORA Wallet transactions are processed through payment methods made available by the server.
Cancellations and service availability
Bookings may be cancelled subject to the status and rules shown for the service. VORA may limit or suspend features for maintenance, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Safety and acceptable conduct
Customers, drivers, owners, and fleet personnel must treat one another lawfully and respectfully. Unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity may result in investigation, restriction, or account suspension.
Content, privacy, and communications
VORA processes personal information according to the Privacy Policy. Service notifications may include booking, security, payment, support, and operational messages required to provide the service.
